THE EXPERIMENT AND APPLICATION OF RESEARCH TO FIND THE TRUTH

Some of the more popular courses undertaken:

1. Acupuncture

A procedure used in or adapted from Chinese medical practice in which specific body areas are pierced with fine needles for therapeutic purposes or to relieve pain or produce regional anesthesia.

2.Optometry

The health care profession concerned with examination, diagnosis, and treatment of the eyes and related structures, and with determination and correction of vision problems using lenses and other optical aids.

3. Engineering Management

Engineering Management involves the overall management of organizations with an orientation to manufacturing, engineering, technology or production. Undergraduate programs provide generalist degrees that enable engineers to better deal in the business environment. Master's Degrees in Engineering Management provide a technical-based alternative to traditional MBA programs.

4. Facilities Engineering Management

The field focused on the design, construction, and life-cycle maintenance of military or civilian installations, facilities, civil works projects, airfields, roadways, and ocean facilities. It involves all facets of life-cycle management from planning through disposal - including design, construction, environmental protection, site operations and support, housing, real estate, and real property maintenance.

5.Civil Engineering

The broad field of engineering that deals with the planning, construction, and maintenance of fixed structures, or public works, as they are related to earth, water, or civilization and their processes.

6. Criminal Justice

Criminal Justice is further broken down into three main parts: 1) law enforcement (police); 2) adjudication (courts); 3) corrections (jails, prisons, probation and parole).

7. Electrical Engineering

The branch of engineering that deals with the technology of electricity, especially the design and application of circuitry and equipment for power generation and distribution, machine control, and communications.

8. Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical engineering is a very broad field of engineering that involves the application of physical principles for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. The system can be as simple as the design of a chair for comfort or as complex as the operations of a turbo-charge engine for speed.

9. Industrial Engineering

Engineering discipline that concerns the design, development, improvement, implementation and evaluation of integrated systems of people, knowledge, equipment, energy, material and process. Industrial engineering draws upon the principles and methods of engineering analysis and synthesis, as well as mathematics, physical and social sciences together with the principles and methods of engineering analysis and design to specify, predict and evaluate the results to be obtained from such systems. Industrial engineers work to eliminate wastes of time, money, materials, energy and other resources.

10. Exercise and Sports Science

Concentrates on effective sports training and exercises for special purposes.

11. Electronics

The field of electronics is the study and use of systems that operate by controlling the flow of electrons or other electrically charged particles in devices such as thermionic valves and semiconductors.

12. Information Technology

The development, installation, and implementation of computer systems and applications.

13. Mathematics

Mathematic strands available in Applied Mathematics, Financial Mathematics and pure Mathematics. Understand the history, philosophy and sociology of Mathematics. Whether studying Abstract Algebra, Statistical Inference or Regression Analysis Methods, you can be sure you will receive the knowledge necessary for careers in Mathematics.

14. Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a therapy that relies on natural remedies, such as sunlight supplemented with diet and massage, to treat illness.

15. Nutrition

Nutrition is a science which studies the relationship between diet and states of health and disease.

16. Oriental Medicine

Full spectrum of Oriental Medicine, including its philosophies, modalities, strengths and weaknesses.

17. Chemistry

The science of matter at or near the atomic scale. In this pursuit chemistry deals with the properties of such matter, the transformations of matter and the interactions of matter with other matter and with energy

18. Physics

The science of the natural world dealing with the fundamental constituents of the universe, the forces they exert on one another, and the results produced by these forces.

19. Physical Therapy

The treatment of physical dysfunction or injury by the use of therapeutic exercise and the application of modalities, intended to restore or facilitate normal function or development. Also called physiotherapy.

20. Psychology

The scientific study of human or animal mental functions and behaviors. Psychologists are classified as social or behavioral scientists. Psychologists attempt to understand the role of mental functions in individual and social behavior, while also exploring underlying physiological and neurological processes.

21.
Public Health

The study of threats to the overall health of a community based on population health analysis.
